IT Implementation Manager
  • Min of 4 years of experience in implementing IT solutions to large enterprise
  • Proficient in spoken and written English
  • Min of 2 years of experience working with external customers and managing customer projects
  • Provide leadership and subject matter expertise during design & implementation phase
  • Making recommendations to improve business process and drive changes
  • The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, Lenovo customers, IT and support team to drive the lifecycle of implementation
  • The candidate will follow ITIL standard methodologies in implementation, handling and delivering services
  • The candidate should be able to build reports, status report for the implementation project and setup cadence to update the relevant stakeholders
  • Ability to identify the implementation risk early, work out the mitigation plan and drive the change
  • Experience of implementing solutions in ServiceNow or Dynamics365 or any SaaS platforms is an added advantage
  • The candidate will be the single focal for all details of the implementation
