Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Grow revenue by acquiring new clients and developing opportunities
- Secure partnerships with clients to fulfill their business, recruitment, and staff augmentation needs.
- Develop effective sales resources
- Grow, manage, and develop sales personnel
- Design and implement effective sales and sales management strategies and systems
- Management reporting
Job Requirements:
- Candidates who possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or similar qualification is preferred.
- Proven track record of success.
- A strong network of relevant clients.
