IT Implementation Manager
- Min of 4 years of experience in implementing IT solutions to large enterprise
- Proficient in spoken and written English
- Min of 2 years of experience working with external customers and managing customer projects
- Provide leadership and subject matter expertise during design & implementation phase
- Making recommendations to improve business process and drive changes
- The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, Lenovo customers, IT and support team to drive the lifecycle of implementation
- The candidate will follow ITIL standard methodologies in implementation, handling and delivering services
- The candidate should be able to build reports, status report for the implementation project and setup cadence to update the relevant stakeholders
- Ability to identify the implementation risk early, work out the mitigation plan and drive the change
- Experience of implementing solutions in ServiceNow or Dynamics365 or any SaaS platforms is an added advantage
- The candidate will be the single focal for all details of the implementation
